Of course, there's drama both at the trial and away from it.

"Whether or not she intended it to happen, Victoria's pawns are caught in the middle of an insidious cover-up and have to pay the ultimate price when Emily discovers the identity of the mysterious man who murdered her father. Meanwhile, Declan's testimony marks the beginning of the end of his relationship with a self-destructive Charlotte."

As "Doubt" showed, the defense isn't doing so well now that Declan has exposed Charlotte as the pill popper she is. That means the case against the hooded man is out, and while Declan's protecting Jack, you have to wonder what will come out during the trial under oath. Victoria had even suggested Emily as a possible suspect, something Daniel didn't take too well. But as that title suggested, her suggestion may have been enough to plant some doubts in Daniel's head considering what's coming up next week.

In the Revenge episode 18 promo for "Justice" (below), Daniel tells Victoria he shot his best friend "in cold blood" and argues that no jury will sympathize with him. It doesn't look good for him, but what will happen during the trial? Meanwhile, Emily now knows how far Victoria's willing to go to protect Daniel. She did have that conversation with the guy she called to "send a message" to Daniel in jail. Speaking of Emily, Jack's back in town, and it looks like they could be working on something together.

Finally, there's an earlier promo out showing Daniel telling Emily not to lie to him, and there's more from that scene in this new preview. He wants to know what she's up to. How much does he remember from his conversation on the beach with Tyler? How much is he going to figure out and find out before the end of the season?
